About us

Frederika is a PhD-candidate and independent researcher. She loves gardening with a focus on permaculture, has a keen interest in gastronomy, and has discovered foraging—not just as an activity but also as a metaphor for research. William used to run an events company and worked on marketing campaigns. Now, we’re developing this project as a family with our son Antoine, the little inventor.

Meowie, our cat, is an expert mouse hunter. We also have two little pigs, some goats, and four hens that provide us with fresh eggs.
